I love eating and losing weight but if you don’t know how to manage your body weight you will gain more than you could even imagine. I experienced this once I love eating food it is my hobby it really made me feel really special.I lost 200 pound and I realized that I had to keep it up so I start exercising daily still eating good foods that I really loved . Eat foods that are low in calories , follow a healthy eating pattern regarding a healthful diet and changes in your daily routine.I eat breakfast daily I know it is hard to believe and make sure you eat healthy.Before I tried to to keep it off I gained 50 pounds after I lost all that weight I knew I had to do something about it so I did indeed.I checked my weight regularly this really helped , I had my sister by my side to help me with this she lost 150 pounds I really was amazed . This actually inspired me it gave me more confidence. She cheered me on almost every single day it really helped.If you want to keep it off you need to keep active this does not necessarily mean you actually do push ups everyday run etc . A simple walk to work , to the store just keep active.
